Concerning our Building Maintenance Services for Cambridge, Great Shelford, Sawston, Melbourn, Cottenham, Waterbeach, Bassingbourn and area:

Each Company associated with us is either an independent Franchisee or Independent Operator whilst also being part of a nationwide network. They are expected to operate within strict guidelines designed to protect you the service user in the Cambridge area. Although the operators run their 'own show', they are part of a much larger organisation that provides a code of best practice covering all areas of work offered within the network.

We gain much pleasure in facilitating the finest services in Cambridge and we take the greatest care with all those associated with us. Although complex in nature, our role where you the "end-user" are concerned is principally that of a facilitator. In essence, we match a myriad needs to available resources.

Contractually speaking your arrangement is with the building maintenance operator whose services you accept here in Cambridge. Responsibility and/or liability remains with them, and they are required to have full public liability insurance. You can rest assured that should there ever be a cause for concern or complaint, we offer a full investigation and arbitration service.
